A solutions architect develops the project plan that addresses all concerns, delineates responsibilities and identifies a timeline to completion.
Execution
Once the solution is approved, a project manager will oversee the work and provide real-time updates to ensure visibility and transparency through the implementation process.
Quality Assurance
Project success is determined by the QA results. If the project does not pass the test, we make the necessary adjustments required until the data agrees.
